When does the monthly subscription begin?

Only when your atelier goes live.

Are AI costs charged separately?

Normal atelier usage is included under a fair-use policy. If an atelier develops unusually high-volume AI requirements, we agree the appropriate capacity before charging anything additional.

Do you charge for every client?

No. Fio does not charge a per-client fee.

Can you migrate our existing work?

Yes. Active-client and project migration is part of implementation. Larger historical migrations may require a custom scope.

Is Fio customised for every atelier?

Fio remains one secure platform, but each atelier receives its own workspace, permissions, workflow configuration and Atelier DNA.

Do we own our data?

Yes. Atelier and client data remains the atelier's data. For the specifics on storage, portability and export, request the security overview.
